March 2008

Greetings!!!
Thanks to our partners consistently standing with us, the missions outreaches are moving ahead as we leave February and enter into March. PROJECT 2008 is under way in spite of the studios being incomplete. We were able to get some recording done for both the Tarahumara station and the internet radio this past month. As I am preparing this newsletter, I am listening to a recording of Rosa speaking in the Tarahumaran language. How thrilling it is to be part of sharing the gospel of Jesus with these forgotten people, thanks to our partners.

We have been able to secure more artists and programming for the internet radio. We plan to start testing out our automation software this month to work out any “bugs”. Soon after the testing we can start broadcasting.

Lisa keeps on working on the website and is upgrading it, for which we are grateful.
This past month we have had some excellent
Prayer and Praise Plus meetings. This time of getting together with likeminded brothers and sisters from a variety of churches has been a blessing to many of us over the years.
We just come together and spend time focusing on Jesus and worshiping Him. We would love to have you join us.
Here is a scripture I would like to share with you. With the uncertainty facing all of us we need to look to the Word as our source and final authority. To the merciful person, the Lord promises a rich reward. The Lord brought this scripture to our attention a few weeks ago and we have been pondering it since.
In our years of street and truck stop ministry, we noticed many Christians confusing reprobates with the poor. We need to know and understand the difference and not waste our time nor our money. Seek Him.

Amplified Bible Psalm 41: 1 - 3
1BLESSED (HAPPY, fortunate, to be envied) is he who considers the weak and the poor; the Lord will deliver him in the time of evil and trouble.

2The Lord will protect him and keep him alive; he shall be called blessed in the land; and You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies.

3The Lord will sustain, refresh, and strengthen him on his bed of languishing; all his bed You [O Lord] will turn, change, and transform in his illness.

Thank you, partners, for your prayers, encouraging notes and phone calls, finances and help as we together work in His harvest field. You are daily in our prayers.
