BBN 4 Jesus Radio--Submission Guidelines for Artists

| Having spent decades as a musician, singer
and songwriter I have a great deal of empathy for the aspiring artist.
I’ve put in years of practice, practice, practice. I've traveled
hundreds of miles to sing for a small church or group as well as larger
venues, hoping to be a blessing to them. I've thrown away countless
pages of useless words which just wouldn’t come together to complete
the idea of a song. There’s much empathy here. The Lord placed the radio ministry in our (Alana’s and my) hearts about 5 years ago, but due to circumstances beyond our control (strokes, congestive heart failure, and a few other ailments) it is just now coming to fruition. Breakthroughbroadcastingnetwork.org (hereafter referred to as Bbn4jesus.org) is a ministry of International Breakthrough Ministries, El Paso, TX, and is broadcast worldwide on the internet. We play a wide spectrum of music at www.bbn4jesus.org and feature unsigned and independent artists. We are always looking for new artists and feature each artist on our artist page with a link to their own personal website. While we welcome new music submissions, we have two key requirements: 1. All submissions must have an obvious message that honors our Lord Jesus Christ. 2. All submissions must have a professional sound. This does NOT mean that you must record in a professional studio.
A friend of mine recorded high quality music on a very tight budget
in his dirt-cheap apartment with its walls covered over by egg crates,
but his music was equal to many who paid studios the big bucks.
We are after the right sound and the right message. |
